A special program will be held in Istanbul to commemorate the renowned bibliography scholar and author of "Osmanlı Müellifleri" (Ottoman Authors), Bursalı Mehmet Tahir Bey, on the 100th anniversary of his passing.
The commemoration event, organized in collaboration with the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism and Istanbul Medeniyet University, will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025.
