Ali Kuşçu Conferences I-VI
The first of the conference series organized by our Institute in cooperation with Fatih Municipality Zeyrek Academy to commemorate the 550th anniversary of Ali Kuşçu’s passing took place on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Fatih Culture and Art Center. The conference, featuring our Institute Director Prof. Dr. İhsan Fazlıoğlu as the speaker, was titled: "The Relationship Network with the Subject: Reading Ali Kuşçu from the Angle of His Era."

Ali Kuşçu Conferences II The second conference in the series took place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Fatih Culture and Art Center. The conference, featuring Prof. Dr. Ömer Türker from Marmara University, Faculty of Theology, was titled: "Existence and Knowledge: Ali Kuşçu as a Metaphysician."

Ali Kuşçu Conferences III The third conference in the series took place on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Fatih Culture and Art Center. The conference, featuring Dr. Abdullah Yıldırım (Faculty Member) from Istanbul Medeniyet University, Department of Eastern Languages and Literatures, was titled: "Language and Meaning: Ali Kuşçu as a Language Philosopher."

Ali Kuşçu Conferences IV The fourth lecture in the conference series took place on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the Fatih Culture and Art Center. The conference, featuring Prof. Dr. Mehmet Çiçek (Faculty Member) from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Theology, was titled: "Contemplation on Kitâb-ı Tenzîlî: Ali Kuşçu as a Jurist (Faqīh), Exegete (Mufassir), and Theologian (Mutakallim)."

Ali Kuşçu Conferences V The fifth lecture in the conference series took place on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at the Fatih Culture and Art Center. The conference, featuring Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Baga, Dr. Zehra Bilgin (Faculty Member), and Dr. Sena Aydın (Research Assistant) from our Institute's faculty, was titled: "Hisâb, Cebir, Misâha, and Menâzır: Ali Kuşçu as a Mathematician."

Ali Kuşçu Conferences VI The sixth lecture in the conference series took place on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at the Fatih Culture and Art Center. The conference, featuring Dr. Taha Yasin Arslan (Faculty Member) from our Institute's faculty and Dr. Hasan Umut (Faculty Member) from Boğaziçi University, History Department, was titled: "İlm-i Hey’et, Zîc, Mîkât, and Usûl: Ali Kuşçu as an Astronomer."

Rami Library Conferences I-III (Part of the Exhibition)
Rami Conferences I Our Institute Director Prof. Dr. İhsan Fazlıoğlu delivered a conference titled "A Search Between Concept, Number, and Quantity: Ali Kuşçu" on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM in Hall 176 of the Rami Library. The conference was held within the scope of the "From Samarqand to Istanbul: Ali Kuşçu and His Circle Manuscript Exhibition," which opened on November 18, 2024, and continues at the Rami Library with the contributions of our Institute.

Rami Conferences II Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ertuğrul İsmail Ökten from Istanbul Medeniyet University, History Department, delivered the second conference in the series on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM in Hall 176 of the Rami Library. The conference was titled: "The Scholar Summoned by Palaces: Ali Kuşçu." (The context remains the same as Rami Conferences I).

Rami Conferences III Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülnihal Küpeli from Marmara University, Department of Traditional Turkish Arts, delivered the third conference in the series on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Hall 176 of the Rami Library. The conference was titled: "The Illuminated Reflection of Intellectual Richness: The Fatih Guild of Illuminators that Gave Birth to the 'Istanbul Style'." (The context remains the same as Rami Conferences I).
